It gets mentioned every other chapter lol. I’m keeping the review short bc if I say anymore it’ll border on spoilers and 𝐍𝐎𝐍𝐄 of my friends who are currently reading this -or potentially want to read it- will get any from me 😌
The number of highlights I have in this book is crazyyy! I loved this book to its core because there were more than enough scenes between my endgame ships and I am psyched for the rest of the series!!
Haha, he was so pissed every time in his POVs, even when it wasn’t his pov it was so obvious, and I drank it all like a parched elephant 😂 And boii did he leave me satisfied on that front. But that didn’t put me off or make me lose interest at all because so much was happening in other areas which I loved 🤭💕 Not until the last 10% of the book, at least. I have to say, there was no plot in general in this book lol. But one thing that remained constant since the last book was the fact that I cannot stand Max. I had so much running through my mind the entire time. The ending was so intense it had me sweating from the tension. It was like inhaling oxygen after being underwater for so long. Starting this series is like opening a Pringles box and taking the first bite.
